The main building, the library, and the infirmary will not unlock no matter what I try. Its gotten to the point where I can't progress many of the routes anymore. I also can't go to the Monday class anymore because I can't get the stuff from the infirmary. Any insight from anyone?
Yep. I've gotten dialogue about getting books from the library as well as told to go to the infirmary by Zarya. After the second time I drank with McCree I also got dialogue about going back to Mercy for another pill even though I never went to her in the first place.
Our game already has a "skin" feature for scenes, but we are looking into expanding it to the sprites too. It might take a little while though, so we won't promise that it'll come soon.
im having a visual glitch in the new update. if i go to the fountain it looks like this even if im not in the x ray mode i started a new game and it still did it eventhough i havent unlovked x ray
I'm having an issue with the x-ray feature. when i fist unlocked the x-ray feature was rather large, but now for some reason when i activate the x-ray it is barely bigger than my cursor.
It's because of the name change. RenPy, the engine we use, didn't handle that part well, and we are still working on ensuring that it won't happen again. Sadly, I'm not certain that we can restore already missing pieces from the gallery, but you can always use Konami Code in the main menu to unlock all of the pictures and scenes.

Question, why is Sombra/Olivia refered to as reina, is it like a cover name or do guys not know her name, same with other agent names like tracer, mercy etc, they don't bug me as much as there the codes names that they are referred to in game, but idon't understand the name change with Sombra, ya could of just left her name as it was.

Considering no renpy game works on your pc, there could be an issue with either your Windows or with your software/drivers.
Maybe you have 32bit windows and trying to launch a 64bit exe-launcher. Maybe you have a Windows XP and Ren'Py just doesn't support your OS anymore. Maybe you don't have OpenGL and DirectX installed. Maybe the folder you are launching the game from has some read-only restrictions on it. Maybe your antivirus blocks the launch of Ren'Py for whatever reason.
The things above are the first that came to mind, so it's likely your issue isn't present there, but it's worth a try.

So two things, 1 Im not able to talk to symmetra, whenever I do her side of the coversation is just errors and 2, after reopening the game all my gallery scenes were gone except for the ones from the first week. But all my saves are intact at least
Upcoming public release, planned for the next week, includes fixes to all of those problems. Though I'm not sure whether it will restore the gallery, just make sure it won't get lost again (hopefully). Sorry about the inconvenience it caused, we'll do our best to avoid similar issues in the future.
We are investigating this problem and doing our best to ensure the compatibility of saves, but not gonna lie, it's a huge pain to do with the engine we are using, because it really doesn't like when any changes are made to the existing content, even if it's just a name.
Though thankfully, it won't be a problem in the future as we are not planning any more changes to existing names. The only time you should expect lack of save compatibility is when we release the overhaul update, which will redo like a third of the game (coming sometime this Winter), but it also coming with lots of major changes to the early stages of the game, so replaying is advised anyway.

I'm a total overwatch casual, so with some of these characters, I have no damn clue whether or not they're based on OW characters or not. Are Andre and Mothra OCs? Or are they based on some obscure post-launch Heros or side characters?
Andre and Mothra are OCs, as well as some other background characters. We originally created them to fill the locations up and make them feel more lively, but then turned out a lot of our players wanted to see content with them, so we added few routes.

What do you mean by that exactly? The name or the design? Because if the design, then you are probably playing the older version, since we replaced all of her old assets.

Hana had me remembering parts of old flings, I was getting red in the face at what was happening. Y'all put crack in this game, and lots of it too. Every route no matter how unfinished had me giggling and kicking my feet n shit.
10/10 game. Hana was my favorite, she's so damn cute and insane I'm gonna burst a blood vessel.

Don't get us wrong though, all the characters will still resemble the characters they are inspired by. But they will be original and will have original names. So expect characters similiar to Kiriko, Ashe and Janker Queen in the future. It's just that they will look a little different.
Also we will implement a system that will allow you to rename characters to whatever your like, and will try to add a customization system (like changing hair color and eye color) so you could change the characters to your liking.
Is there any way to get back replays of the character's whose names have changed? All my replays for Yun, Ava, and Reina have just dissapeared, will I have to create a whole new save to get those back?
Also are there any plans to give characters like Ava an overworld model so we can use the xray on them?
Yeah, name change messed up the saves for some people. You can use the 'skip to new content' function to get all the gallery content. If that doesn't help, you can always use Konami code in the main menu to unlock all of the gallery content.
Honestly, nothing short of incredible. The story lines, the art, the characters. I was not expecting to have such a great time. cliffhangers have never really bothered me until playing this game, every time I saw a "to be continued" message it actually filled me with despair. Cannot wait for things to play out more, especially the mothra business

Library unlock by attending classes, and Infirmary unlocks by drinking with McCree on weekends. Did you do both of those things?

Reina is her code name, and she prefers it over her real name.
Since the name change we no longer use Overwatch names, so Tracer (Lena Oxton) is now Sonya Park, and Mercy (Angela Ziegler) is now Seraphina Fevez.
And Sombra is now Reina.

Are you using a save from the previous version of the game? Because there could be some bugs due to the name changes. It's better to start over.

This seems to be a bug, and we are already investigating the possible cause for this issue. We'll try to patch it asap

Saves are not stored anywhere, but on your device only unfortunately, so the only way is to start over and use the "skip to new content" option.

Depends on the platform. If you are on mac, then the saves should store in $HOME/Library/RenPy
