You have to talk to Andre specifically in Academy Hall (not library). If you have no option to ask about the book and instead get offered "degeneracy" content, just click one of the options she offers, play through a scene, and talk to her again afterwards. It should bring a new dialogue option.
There was a bug related to this issue which we fixed a few weeks ago, but you have to play through at least a single degeneracy scene to get book-related dialogue option.

Depends on what stage of her story are you currently at. If you completed X-Ray questline, and her initial "building trust" quests, you should be able to buy Ava's pics from the shop, which will progress the questline for both Reina and Ava further.
I never did the x-ray questline. I bought all her photos just cuz I could since I have infinite money. the only interaction I even had with her was she got me access to go into the girls dorm by convincing the bot that I identified as a girl
So, I'm stuck at the quest where I have to hang out with Andre at the pool on the weekend. I keep doing it and it's not progressing the quest, idk what to do anymore. I've searched it up too.
I remember having the same issue a long time ago. Basically I loaded an old safe to "fix" it. I'm not sure if the safe was before the dialogue, that activates the hangout option for progression, or just before the pool part entirely.

Oof, we never really tried itch.io app, so the only method to fully delete saves from our game is to delete all .save files (in sync folder too) from: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ACADEMY34-v0.2.3
You can also delete persistent file if you want to wipe the gallery!

Have you talked to the hacker girl yet that sits at the fountain (Can remember her name)? Cause if you have you should have the x-ray, it's in your phone on one of the pages.
It's a common false-positive report. Happens with many RenPy-based games. You are safe to ignore it, but you could also check it with other AV software just to make sure.

Hi! I think I have a bug for Reina's quest. I'm supposed to do the Xray quest to do Ava's questline but I need to Pursue Ava for Reina and I never had the occasion to do the xray. When I talk to Reina at the fountain, I can only see the gallery of image which is empty.

What is the lovense app for? I just got back on the game but I still do not know how to do the xray quest for dva lol
Lovense is the sex toy company we cooperated with to integrate their API into our game!
You can play through some scenes with a Lovense toy responding to what's happening on screen.
Xray quest is part of Reina's questline, so you need to talk with her at the fountain and she will give you the xray quest eventually.
Oh okay thank you, one last question though. Anytime I talk to her at the fountain, it just opens up her gallery shop. How does this change?
Depends on what stage of her story are you currently at. If you completed X-Ray questline, and her initial "building trust" quests, you should be able to buy Ava's pics from the shop, which will progress the questline for both Reina and Ava further.
I never did the x-ray questline. I bought all her photos just cuz I could since I have infinite money. the only interaction I even had with her was she got me access to go into the girls dorm by convincing the bot that I identified as a girl

I remember having the same issue a long time ago. Basically I loaded an old safe to "fix" it. I'm not sure if the safe was before the dialogue, that activates the hangout option for progression, or just before the pool part entirely.
Hey I just wanted to ask if there's a way to completely reset the game from the itch.io app? like clear saves slots? No real reason but just cause I wanna arrange my save slots and it just looks like a mess to me XD
Oof, we never really tried itch.io app, so the only method to fully delete saves from our game is to delete all .save files (in sync folder too) from:
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ACADEMY34-v0.2.3
You can also delete persistent file if you want to wipe the gallery!

The works are incredible! Too bad I’m poor and can’t afford most of them. I hope in 5-10 years, when you stop updating them, you’ll make them publicly available.
Our game is completely free! Every update we release becomes public after 4 weeks. You could pay to get early access, but otherwise it's not required!

I just did some testing and It doesnt give me a code, it just closes the game as soon as I attempt to load the save files from this update.
But my files from before the harem update don't seem to cause a crash.
hey i had an issue with the saves not saving my galery so i waited a bit to see if the problem would get fixed in a couple of update but when i downloaded it this time i went ahead and gave myself the complete galery to check it so i saved and reopened the game and now it keeps crashing and still has the original problem. please help i really want to catch up with the updated (please and thank you <3)

trying to start the harem, am on mac and getting a error after andre says "did i do something wrong." the error message says "unicode object is not callable," please lmk if theres a fix, i am on mac if that help
You can press ignore on that error. We're currently fixing it, but it's not gamebreaking.
How do I start the D.va mission? it says to start with the x-ray thing. Is that the spycam? I donated 3 times on the spycam but nothing happened besides seeing the pictures.
Have you talked to the hacker girl yet that sits at the fountain (Can remember her name)? Cause if you have you should have the x-ray, it's in your phone on one of the pages.
It's a common false-positive report. Happens with many RenPy-based games. You are safe to ignore it, but you could also check it with other AV software just to make sure.

okay here i am again i still didn't get a response to my last message so i resend it again "okay I found a bug. when I was doing the Aurelie quest line I arrived at the moment where I need to speak to Reina. The probleme is that it played another scene and Reina do not appear after. And i can't do anything as sleeping is stopped."

If you unlock the gallery, does it just unlock everything in your current version, or will new content also be unlocked when you update?
Are you talking about "unlock gallery" button in the Settings menu? If so, you'd have to click it again to unlock new content after the game updates.

How are these installed?
On PC just download, then extract the archive and run the academy34.exe
On android download and install the apk.
Is there a way to hide the text box? It blocks out a lot of the scenes because of its opacity, and unlike most games, the regular buttons dont hide it.
There is an eye button to the bottom right of the textbox. And “H” button should work as a hide function as well.
Is this a new function or am I just that blind? I only noticed it after updating since i was playing on .22
i think its a feature of the graphic motor they use, could be wrong

Hey I know this is a little of topic, but downloading this game I was skeptical about how much content it would contain for being generally free. I was surprised though by how much content it had and was wondering when will new content for tracer will come out?
New Tracer's (Sonya) update is planned for Early 2025, probably January if all goes well. And yes, there's around 8-10 hours of content if you're planning to read through it!

hello i'm having trouble with the mysterious book quest am at the point where it says to talk to potential suspects/ informents. i have talk to everyone except Andre every time i try to talk to her the only thing that shows up is the content we got with the Degeneracy update and the quest does not update (bug report?)

Hi! I think I have a bug for Reina's quest. I'm supposed to do the Xray quest to do Ava's questline but I need to Pursue Ava for Reina and I never had the occasion to do the xray. When I talk to Reina at the fountain, I can only see the gallery of image which is empty.
I just realised that I needed to continue Clyde's quest before so it's okay now!
