That being said, we are working on complete overhaul to the game world, as well as adding new mechanics and exploration rewards, that will finally add reasons to run around the campus. First bunch of update focused on changing those lacking aspects are planned to be released around Autumn.
As of right now, we have no plans in regard of making OW girls in futa, at least not canonically. We might add something like that as an optional customization feature though.
is there a controller layout? Because i noticed that when using controller some buttons work but i have no idea on how to for example interact with stuff
Controller is not officially supported, mostly because you are the first person to ever mention playing with one. The reason controller works is probably because of default engine configuration for it, so the basic functions will be accessible, but not much else.
We are currently finishing with our Summer 2023 roadmap, minus the Altar update, which we had to postpone due to the amount of time it takes. We decided it would be better spent on content additions, instead of making another 3 month long hiatus trying to make this thing work. Our engine is not exactly happy about us adding new mechanics, so we are still in the process of whacking it with a hammer until it starts working as intended.
As soon as we finish with Pharah, you should expect a new roadmap for Autumn.
We're still thinking whether we want to lean into dating-sim sandbox more, or add a coherent main plot. If we ever add one, exams will be tied to it most likely

At this point we are using Academy34 as training grounds for our skills and testing field for our in-house software, that our programmer develops for his own convenience. We have a clear goal when it comes to the quality and amount of locations, but we didn't set any limits when it comes to the amount of available content. As long as people want to see more, we will deliver. There will definitely come a time when we simply have to stop and move on, but it won't happen until we are satisfied with the state this game will be left in.
i just wanna say that i fucking enjoyed this game, it has awesome art style, awesome story and awesome characters (Jessey got a good laugh out of me few times). the only thing that i hated was finishing any story route and realizing that I don't know what happens next (Brigitte and Sombra were my fav). i can't wait for next update and I can't wait to see what you guy's have in your sleeve. I highly recommend this game.
ps: please add junker queen, i only can imagine what would you guys do with her story route.

We are doing our hardest to make sure our game breaks out from the trend of asshole main characters, and instead focuses on more cozy and romantic aspect of relationships.
If I may dare one little advice; you may want to update Tracer's sprite. It can be a little off-putting for new players, that may end up dropping your game. (It's an honest opinion, I really don't care for Tracer, but I can see someone losing interest over it.)

The Altar will be a new mechanic, that we simply had to postpone due to the engine limitations, and that we are currently working on implementing the intended way. It will serve as way to automate the money farming, as well as a new way of acquiring skins and such. It will also add exploration rewards and collectibles. As you can imagine, the engine built for simple visual novel type of games didn't really like all that, so we had to get very creative, and it turned out to be a very time-consuming process. The Altar is still in development, but we don't want to sacrifice our release frequency for the sake of adding it asap, so it'll have to wait just a little bit longer.
might just be me missing something but as I was doing sombras story and widows I met a problem where I have to meet sombra but she's not at the fountain and I can't go to the next day till I talk to her

Just play and they will get upgraded, no need to focus on them really.
It's just that you need one strength for Andre's route. Is there a certain threshold? Or does it just upgrade as weeks go on?
Oh, that. You will get upgrade during Mercy's storyline, and another one somewhere else, we really can't remember.
I'll ask our dev to just remove those requirements, since we never really did anything interesting with stats.
